In the event of cancellation after payment of the full rent, no refund will be automatically payable.
However, best attempts will be made to try to reallocate the reservation. If the booking is subsequently cancelled at the deposit stage, the deposit will only be refunded if a letter / email of cancellation is received 6 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date, and such refund will be the deposit less the costs of administration determined by the Owner in her absolute discretion. The deposit will otherwise not be refundable.
Customers and Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover such cancellations, accidental damage to the property and medical and emergency expenses.
